Work with one housing partner in Rome, for as many terms as you need.
We take on a limited number of programs each year so that every one of them gets the same attention in arrival week. Here is how a partnership usually starts.
A call
Thirty minutes on your program: terms, headcount, where students study and what went wrong with housing before.
A proposal
We send available apartments for your dates, the placement plan and the price per student per term.
A site visit
You or your Rome staff walk the buildings with us. Nothing is signed before you have seen them.
The agreement
One agreement covers housing, placement and management. We reserve the units and start planning arrivals.
Four pieces of information.
Documents, not promises.
Faculty stays, short courses and pilot terms.
If you are testing a new program in Rome, start with a single group. We keep the same terms for eight students as for eighty, and you can grow the next term without renegotiating.
For faculty and staff we hold a few one and two bedroom apartments in the same buildings, so program leaders live where their students live.
Send your term dates and we will tell you honestly what we can cover.
If we cannot house your group, we say so on the first call.
